Dallas Attorney Andrew Wilkerson took a photo during his visit with Memphis rapper Blac Youngsta At the Dallas County Jail after his most recent arrest, which occurred Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 2:40am. The incident occurred during a traffic stop while Black Youngsta (real name Sammie Marquez Benson) was a front seat passenger. The driver, who’s name was not revealed, made an illegal turn. During the stop it was reported that he was in the passenger seat, and that the police spotted the weapon between Youngsta’s legs. This is his second illegal firearm’s charge in the state of Texas in just over a year. The previous one occurred September 2019 in Houston, according to TMZ.
After making the post on his Instagram page, Wilkerson began going viral, making it appear that he had come to rescue him from the dirty benches, dirty walls, and bagged meals usually consisting of bologna sandwiches, two cookies and juice box. Under the photo the Attorney wrote the caption “Oh… cause I thought an attorney that’s all 🧢 said something…. I stay on the job… he say “I like ya energy my nigga” naw fr.. 🗣 this my city ‼️‼️👨🏾💼🎯🦍 @blacyoungsta #freeblac #freeblacyoungsta #shaderoom #worldstar #tsr. ” he wrote.
The lawyer apparently reached out to Blac Youngsta through his Instagram direst messages before going to visit him. Blac Youngsta posted the Instagram message, showing Wilkerson making his introduction while detailing his “5-0” record in murder cases, and leaving his phone number. It is obvious that the two are not familiar with each other.
Once Black Youngsta was released, it appears that he was alerted via a Shade Room post, of Wilkerson’s shenanigans and immediately made a lengthy video on his Instagram story making it clear to the public that
-He does not know Wilkerson.
-He feels that you will lose if you hire him as your lawyer.
-He has two lawyers and Wilkerson is neither.
-He did not ask him to visit him.
-Thinks he may be acting law enforcement
Allegedly Attorney Wilkerson is not new to this. October 29, 2019 he posted a photo of himself and another man while interviewing a client with the caption “I’m the type of guy where things have to add up. Things arent adding up.”
Apparently his claims don’t add up because the client reached out to Black Youngsta revealing that he approached him in the same manner and did nothing for him, causing Blac Youngsta to make a post to share that with his followers as well.
