According to the Migo’s rapper Offset as he drove through the rally, Trump supporters began to beat his car. It was reported that someone at the rally used their MAGA flag to break one of the windows of his car.
Some of the people at the rally began to follow him until he came to a full stop. While sitting in his vehicle he went on Instagram live and police officers showed up demanding answers to why people were following him, but they did not know he was a celebrity.
The cops claimed in the live that someone reported the rapper saying he was waving a gun at a Trump Supporter at the MAGA rally but it turns out it was a passenger in his car, Marcelo Almanzar, Cardi B’s cousin.
He was cooperative and detained for a moment while officers got answers to what happened. According to the neighborhood talk Offset’s camp reported that he is fine.
His wife, Cardi B came on the scene ready to defend her man! She came to the rappers defense walking straight to the officers demanding answers. See video below.
Many speculated that it was staged but the rapper quickly clapped back in the comments on Instagram to tell them it was not on the blog “On site.”
After the video hit social media offset uploaded this message, but has yet to speak about the detainment.
Although Offset has not commented publicly regarding the situation he liked this tweet from a fan page. Ensuring everyone he is okay.
